When you know at which hospital you would like to be seen, book an appointment through their booking line (numbers provided through links below).  The links also provide the address and a map for each hospital location.

It is very important that, if you need to cancel a booking, you give the hospital as much notice as possible, so that the appointment is not wasted and can be allocated to another patient.  A charge will be made for booking cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time.
